Have a fragile vase, antique, or heirloom? Let us know in advance and we'll simply skip it, no questions asked.

Share your entry details and how to lock up when we leave.
Pets at home
We love pets! Let us know anything that helps them feel comfortable. If they're shy or protective, a separate room is best.
Oven cleaning pro tip
For the best results, run the self-cleaning cycle 4 to 6 hours before we arrive.
Vacuum preference
Happy to use ours or yours. If yours is cordless, please leave it charging the night before.
Supplies & product preferences
If you have a preference for what we use, or would like us to use something of yours, please let us know in advance. Our team may not always be able to accommodate last-minute requests on site.
No need to worry about supplies, we bring everything: all materials and products are on us, so you can sit back and let us handle the rest.

Just ask at least 24 hours in advance so we can reserve the time. Last minute? We'll do our best depending on the schedule.
